Overview:
The HZW32-12/M630 Series Primary and Secondary Deeply Integrated Magnetic Control Type Pole-Mounted Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the Circuit Breaker) is an outdoor power distribution device with a rated voltage of 12kV and a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used for making (closing) load current and breaking (interrupting) overload current and short-circuit current in the power system. This circuit breaker can be used as a sectionalizing switch on 12kV distribution trunks, branch lines, and ring network lines in urban power grids, and can also serve as an incoming line switch for rural power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, and construction sites.

· The magnetic materials exhibit a high demagnetization temperature, ensuring superior environmental adaptability and high stability across varying conditions.

· Utilizes a monostable operating mechanism that requires minimal energy for both excitation and demagnetization, significantly reducing the size requirement for the drive energy storage.

· The mechanism allows for the convenient addition of a trip lever, resulting in a simple and efficient manual tripping design.

· Facilitates the design of a portable, battery-powered drive, capable of performing over 200 operations on a single full charge.

· The mechanism's simplicity and high repeatability contribute to superior control precision and an extended switch service life.

· Features fewer moving parts (only the moving iron core, connecting rod, and moving contact), resulting in low mass and extremely fast operational speeds;

· Eliminates the need for contact cushioning, simplifying the mechanism and making it easy to adjust parameters like over-travel and contact pressure.
